Anyone know what is going on with Time Warner Cable? My cable suddenly shut off, came back on and now gives me only a message about how my box is not authorized and to call customer service.

Which has been a busy signal for twelve hours.

Anyone know what's going on?

I went out to a cable store yesterday and picked up an HD box. Having heard how they just recycle problem boxes I was glad to see mine was new.

Got it home and hooked it up. It booted and then the face plate read "Ait" for like an hour. Called Time Warner's Mumbai help desk and was told. The new boxes take 24 hours to load the software. Well ( Read more... )
